Privacy Policy
This notice explains what data Pulse State Roleplay collects, why it is used, which processors are involved, and how users can exercise UK GDPR-style rights.
1. Controller and Contact
Pulse State Roleplay is the controller of your personal data for the website, store, community systems, and related support channels.
Privacy contact: our Discord community.
2. Data We Collect
We collect account and identity data such as Discord ID, Discord username, email address, avatar, Steam ID, Cfx.re identifiers, and other linked-platform identifiers you choose to connect.
We collect service data such as queue records, package history, support requests, moderation records, linked entitlements, account preferences, IP address, browser details, session data, and security logs.
For purchases, we collect order IDs, package names, price, currency, billing status, Stripe customer IDs, Stripe subscription IDs, Tebex order references, and refund or chargeback status. We do not store full payment card numbers.
3. How We Use Data and Our Legal Bases
We use personal data to create and manage accounts, authenticate you through Discord and other linked providers, process purchases, deliver digital products, sync Discord roles, calculate queue eligibility, investigate abuse, provide support, maintain service security, comply with tax or accounting obligations, and defend legal claims.
Our lawful bases are contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent where consent is required for non-essential cookies or optional communications.
4. Sharing and International Transfers
We share data with service providers that help us run the platform, including Discord, Tebex for FiveM-related purchases, Stripe for any separately identified non-FiveM payments, Vercel for hosting, and our database or infrastructure providers.
Some providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where this happens, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses together with appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention and Your Rights
We normally retain account data for as long as your account is active and for up to 12 months after closure, payment and tax records for up to 6 years, security logs for up to 12 months, queue activity for up to 30 days unless needed for abuse investigation, and support correspondence for up to 24 months.
You have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis for processing. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
6. Cookies and Security
We use cookies and similar technologies for login, security, settings, checkout flow, and consent management. We do not place non-essential cookies unless you agree.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, but no internet service is completely secure.
Data requests and corrections can be made through our Discord community.
