Terms of Service

These Terms apply between Pulse State Roleplay ("we", "us", "our") and the user of Pulse State Roleplay, its website, Discord community, and related services.

We provide a community website, account services, and digital supporter products linked to a FiveM roleplay community.

Any supporter package, badge, queue convenience, or cosmetic perk is a limited, revocable digital licence. You do not obtain ownership of any server account, game asset, or intellectual property.

Queue priority is a convenience feature only. It reduces waiting time when the relevant supporter entitlement is active, but it does not guarantee immediate access, a reserved slot, or immunity from moderation decisions.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your Discord, Steam, Cfx.re, and other linked accounts under your control. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

You may not cheat, exploit bugs, evade bans, abuse chargebacks, harass other users, scrape private data, or interfere with payments, moderation, or platform security.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for rule enforcement, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, legal compliance, platform compliance, or service protection.

We may change, remove, or replace products and perks where needed for operational, legal, or platform-compliance reasons, including compliance with Cfx.re, Tebex, Discord, Rockstar, or applicable law.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any feature.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising from paid services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant product during the 12 months before the claim arose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except that consumers resident elsewhere keep any mandatory rights granted by the laws of their home country.

Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales unless consumer law allows you to bring proceedings where you live.
